Our P-Model of 1873 is the Colt Peacemaker. A frontal ejection model that was manufactured in the late 1870s and saw extensive action in the hands of U.S. troops during the Indian wars. It has a case hardened, color cased frame with blued barrel and cylinder. Standard sights are front blade sight and channeled frame, drift adjustable rear sight. Dovetailed cylinder pins make it easy to change cylinders between calibers, (38/357).

Cimarron P Model are manufactured using design concepts and manufacturing techniques that give the shooter modern day reliability with a 19th century circa firearm. These guns come in parts like the originals but they have been engineered and fitted so that they go together properly without a gunsmith. Barrels are made of 4140 steel and heat treated to 38-40 hardness for excellent durability. Frames are forged from high grade steel then CNC machined for drop in fit to cylinder, barrel, and grips.
