HODGDON POWDER CFE BLK RIFLE POWDER 1LB
This spherical propellant is designed expressly for the 300 Remington AAC Blackout cartridge and meters very accurately.
CFE BLK contains our Copper Fouling Eraser ingredient, originally used in military propellant, which greatly deters copper fouling and contributes to longer periods of top accuracy with less barrel cleaning time.
It provides full function in modern sporting rifles throughout a range of bullet weights and is perfect for subsonic loads. In addition to being outstanding in the 300 Blackout, it performs well in many smaller capacity cartridges such as the 17 Hornet, 17 Ackley Hornet, 218 Bee, 221 Fireball and many more. It also yields top performance in the 6.8 Remington SPC and the 7.62X39 mm Russian cartridge.

I used this Win Clean 244 to load a bunch of 45 ACP with 200 grain bullets. Doesn’t take much of this stuff to get to a max load at nearly 1000 fps. They shot great! My 1 pound kegs ought to last a long time.

Great stuff
This powder is easy to fine-tune when measuring and burns nice and clean. I haven’t had any issues in the few hundred rounds I’ve fired with it so far and it has performed with excellence with my chronograph and group testing. I will continue using this powder for all of my handgun loading.

Excellent Propellant When I started shooting pistol caliber carbine I decided to use a modern powder that claims to reduce copper fouling. CFE. Pistol works but for the same bullet weight & velocity 244 requires a lower charge weight. So far I’ve used 2 lbs of 244 with 124g Berry HBRN bullets loaded on a Dillon press. It meters well. I have never found a clean burning powder, just dirty & less dirty, but this is one of the less dirty ones. I like 244 & will continue using it for 9mm.

Great powder..
Is identical to cfepistol but with less of the sharp felt recoil… I was a die hard cfe user until I tried the 244… I get the same velocity but the recoil is not near as snappy
